Clustering technique is used to show the relation between pros and cons of allowing tattooing in the workplace and the impact to both employees and employers. There are now new ideas introduced in this paper as it is a reflection of the previous work.Tattoos have evolved from an era of little civilization to the modern industrialized world where people are linked to both local and international markets. People of different cultures can interact more easily than before. Even though the law upholds dressing code poli cy in the workplace especially in corporate culture, it is the quality of work that most employers emphasize. Depending on the nature of the industry in question, there can be flexibility on acceptance of tattoos. Religion and gender also determine the acceptance of tattoos. Some religions restrict their members to having tattoos while others religions prohibit tattoos. A person can also be in a career that restricts tattooing of a certain gender depending on the individualà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s position in the company. In a nutshell, the main basis of this argument is that tattooing should be permitted to accommodate diversity of different people found in the workplace.On the flipside, some tattoos have the potential to compromise professionalism and neatness of the employees.
